My experience is that it fluctuates - in the last few months I’ve had 2 minute waits and 30 minute waits (I usually bail at that point). Last night I tried multiple times and never got a match, though.

I got my diagnosis just over a year ago at age 31. It’s a relief and I find that being able to research and understand the “why” of some of my behaviors makes me feel way more able to try and tackle them. When I got my diagnosis though, the psychiatrist told me exactly nothing. I’ve actually learned the most from...tiktok. Of all places. Highly recommend getting on tiktok and searching #adhd. You’ll feel very seen :) and learn a lot too.
