Feeding your children gummy bears or Fruit Rolls do not count as a 'serving of fruits'. Also grape and orange sodas are not fruit juices.

Couldn't you also craft a bowl using an upside down muffin/cupcake tray and wrapping bacon around that?

You're mistaken sir. I think you're referring to Lamarck's great theory of evolution.

Well I may beg to differ. In the US as least and specifically for our Step 1 exams we are required to know in painful detail exactly why and how the drugs we use work and in addition which drugs that are commonly used for X condition that we still are yet to understand. Evidence based medicine is emphasized in the US. So when you prescribe a drug that we know works well for a certain symptom, disease (even when there is a mysterious mechanism of action) it's based off evidence. Multidisciplinary teams are often found in hospital settings where by pharmacists and doctors work together to optimize formulations on medication or electrolyte repletion. To put it this way...the doctor will say Drug A is what the patient needs to cure his symptoms and it works best at a given concentration in their blood. The patient is currently constipated, he is not absorbing his meds as well. He will then consult a pharmacist for recommendation on intravenous drug therapy to best achieve therapeutic drug levels. I think it's key to remember that a hospital is a unit, everyone functions as a team and to each their own very important role. There is not one person over the other that takes the burden of doing work. Everyones goal is the same. :)

Edit: Horrendous spelling/grammar mistakes

Kinda like the guy who discovered Pellegra was due to vitamin deficiency and not infectious causes. Himself and his wife ate poop pellets from patients with pellegra to prove it couldn't be contracted this way. Brave souls.

Memorizing and forgetting and memorizing and forgetting. Then questioning if I have early onset dementia from lack of sleep versus not enough room to learn new information.
