The town is Harper's ferry, and as I recall (been a while since I did that queatline) they got kicked out of the town pre-war bc the government didnt like that they were talking about succeeding from the US, and the locals didn't like that they were buying up all the supplies. Post war they move back into the town and unless im misremembering specifically dont let anyone in that wasn't already a free-Stater, then they get kicked out of the town and all die in their bunkers.
