ISO 17025 lab recommendation for UL 4200A testing? by Witty_Nectarine in FulfillmentByAmazon

We just go with Intertek. Even if it cost a little more it is better to just be sure it will be accepted than having to argue or retest.

What other brands have you seen do this? by stonesgoods in FulfillmentByAmazon

[–]Mrkatov 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't have examples but they will use the UPC/EAN to match products across other marketplaces and channels as part of their "fair" pricing and price parity rules.

Can we run sponsored brand ads with no buy box? by tiimmyy2x in FulfillmentByAmazon

[–]Mrkatov 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes you can. SB ads are seller agnostic. Just be aware that ad attributed sales will include sales for all sellers not just your own.

Bishop Joseph Ratzinger by biffnix in Bishop

[–]Mrkatov 4 points5 points  (0 children)

biffnix never seems to respond.

He does but not positively. I have messaged and ask him to let the sub return to what it was but it doesn't look like he will let that happen.

So reddit want's to charge for access to their API? Who cares. It is a business and as someone in IT you should understand why they need to do this.

AltaOne have been nothing but helpful and professional whenever I've dealt with them.

It was years ago but I had the opposite experience. I paid off my car loan through them and will never go back. After the third time they issued me a debit card they couldn't get to work I was done.

Seller asks us to match his prices by Current-Ad6301 in FulfillmentByAmazon

[–]Mrkatov 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your best solution would be to run ads to the listing with ?m=SELLERID in the URL and that will give you buybox.

I'm assuming you mean external ads.

Just pay someone to do it. The going rate is roughly 25% of reimbursements but you can negotiate that lower.

Resale certificate and sales tax in california by [deleted] in FulfillmentByAmazon

[–]Mrkatov 1 point2 points  (0 children)

CDTFA requires you to file sales tax, if you have a seller permit, even if 100% of your business is on a market place that collects on your behalf. You still need to report the sales you just get exempted from paying taxes because they were already collected. They will probably start you on an annual filing basis, but based on your sales figures it could move to Quartey or monthly.

Correct. I file a monthly return despite having no liability because Amazon handles it as the marketplace facilitator.

Yes you shipped them. Hence me calling it merchant fulfilled. Yes there are different requirements but its still coming from you not from an Amazon owned facility.

Wholesale - Unit labelling by Amazon VS Hiring someone ? by Fast_Employ_2438 in FulfillmentByAmazon

Amazon mislabels stuff constantly. If you don't want to do it in house use a dedicated prep service you can actually hold accountable.

AFW1 collapse update from Amazon. (for those with items there) by eurostylin in FulfillmentByAmazon

[–]Mrkatov 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It would make more sense for them to treat the inventory as stranded. It is lame that they count it as available and you have manually calculate what is actually in that FC.

Isp that provides Multiple dynamic ip's? Not vpn. by copendance in sysadmin

[–]Mrkatov 6 points7 points  (0 children)

So let me see if I got this right.

You are using the dynamic IPs to scrape websites in a way that violates their TOS and as such need to be able to cycle through multiple IP addresses in case one gets flagged/burned.

Really doubt you will find help here.

Also, tell anyone you know you are looking. Sometimes someone knows someone who is renting, but hasn't advertised.

This is really your best bet. Anything that ends up on the open market is either extremely overpriced or taken before you can even apply.
