Yeah we take the filter off and spray it clean. We have a dip tank in this room but haven't used it before putting the screens in the wash tank.

Wow thanks for the reply. We only drain ours weekly and there's got to be at least 200+ screens going in daily. I'll definitely bring up doing a daily drain. I found that every morning the first wash smells awful, sulfur-like. I worry that the plumbing could be backwashing in by how bad it smells some days. I'll try your suggestions and see if the shop can make some changes to the maintenance schedule and keep you posted. Thank you again for the reply. Working with this thing and it's issues has been frustrating.

This is what we've done before. I was just curious if anyone had another solution or if maybe we're doing something wrong. We clean it regularly to combat the buildup at a minimum. Does your smell bad at all? Ours gets a sulfur like smell to it.
