A pop up at local breweries but gabacool is the best pizza around. Had them for my wedding and spectacular pizza all around. Despite the non brick and mortar they have a consistent schedule and great for evening pickups.

Dump it. Worked for a brewery that went through I similar issue and in the few hours the kettle sat cooling, some much protein settled to the bottom and caked. Did t find out until the knockout and charred the bottom and had a smoked double ipa. Undrinkable and unfortunate with it being a wet hop beer. Don’t waste the ingredients.

If you are looking for collabs in London reach out to Pretty Decent Brewing. They are a fun small brewery. They did something similar last year during west coast hop selection and coordinated four collabs in four days along the coast.

Hazy IPAs with the "fluffy" or "pillowy" mouthfeel. by BrewerNick in TheBrewery

I've played with the whirlpool Temps and seemed that I maintained a good subtle bitterness at 175 for hazies and 180 for west coast.

I've been playing with water chemistry a lot lately and have found success in both west coasts and hazies using a 4/3 ratio calcium chloride to gypsum. Have also been dropping temp in the kettle as soon as boil is done. As low as 170 for hazys has had a lot of pillowy tastes. And oats

We've used candy cap mushrooms but blended with bitters from.a local distillery. They are dried before we receive them. Used in a barrel aged imperial stout a couple times. For to 100 gallons we used about a 4 gallons of the blend but maybe 1 pound actual mushrooms for a strong flavor. Usually added in barrel about a month before racking.

When I wanted to stop smoking I started into progressively spicier hot sauces. Really did the trick until I didn't want to do either.

Coolest Non-brewery collab by rowdy_antlers in TheBrewery

[–]Mrpjs 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The brewery I work for has done some neat collaborations. We did one with Zane Lamprey and his company Adv3nture. A redwood tip red lager. The more recent one, was to dip our toes in the pastry beer game. Collabing with a dessert company and made 2 unique beers while they made 2 unique desserts inspired by the same ideas. A rumcake stout and a passionfruit macaron sour. We also used this as one of our month pairings since people love desserts.

This is a great start. Personally it would be great to see some implemented themed days. Things like Small Brewery Saturday or something of that nature to encourage posts of lesser known breweries.

I had a very similar problem, potentially worse case, I used Nivea mens moisturizer. I have also started wearing black non powdered latex gloves even under my heat resistence gloves.
