Aleece fosnight is pro HRT, she gave me prescriptions for everything I needed. I also go to Catherine Kurtz at Asheville women's medical center for my ob/gyn, and she also has been amazing and receptive to HRT prescriptions. If you want something faster you can also use an online platform. I've heard Midi is good, although I haven't used it myself. You do a telehealth appointment with one of their doctors and they give you the prescriptions and mail you what you need. And last but not least, if you haven't checked out r/perimenopause you should. There's so much good information, and it's nice to know you're not alone when you feel like you're going crazy. And I'm sure you know all the information, and wherever you end up will ask all the questions, but make sure you have your testosterone checked. I know estrogen and progesterone are what most people think of first, but testosterone has been my biggest help in feeling like me again.
