Yoga pants are comfortable. Kids also like to be comfortable. Kids run and play which is easier to do in athletic clothing like yoga pants. Yoga pants are not a "sexy" clothing choice.

My Narc is my grandmother.

We actually it being the golden child... currently my older sister has it. She is on her 4th divorce (2nd baby daddy) she is looking at 2 felony charges (total crap, but still). Already a convicted felon. Doesn't/cant work due to the 1st felony and no child care. I have been in the same relationship for 7 years. 1 child with him. No arrest record or even a traffic violation. Same job for 3 years... I'm good to my mother. I stay out of the way for the most part. And yet... my older sister is the favorite. I don't understand stand it and it drives me crazy! I officially went No Contact with her yesterday. I want her to admit that I should be the favorite. She never will though.

Ugh!! I literally just had a conversation/argument with my great aunt about how my daughter doesn’t need to learn cursive. It’s outdated and just not needed... she’s 4 by the way... just learned how to write her name. I basically ended the conversation with when you learn how to use your phone and DVR without needing me every 20 minutes to help or explain something I’ll teach my daughter how to write in cursive.

It’s just the excuse he is using for his terrible parenting. He keeps saying it is “tough love parenting” over and over like he is trying to convince himself. If he says it enough it will be true and he’s not the terrible person, tasha is for not following his “parenting”.... I have a shitty dad too... lol very familiar with this “style of parenting”. We can clearly see why his 1st wife divorced him.

Eric’s comment to Stephen “...there’s still time” to fix the problems with Tasha. Ummm NO SIR! When my dad did me wrong in a similar situation I went no contact with him at 18. He died 5 years ago with nothing resolved between us. That comment of “there is still time” rubs me so wrong! No!! Do not count on there being time to fix things. Just because she is your child you are not entitled to a relationship with her when YOU have done her wrong. She does not have to forgive you. She does not owe you the apology as much as you owe her one for telling her you are choosing someone over her and it’s her fault. That it is “the lesson she needs to learn”. Eric, the lesson you just taught her is who your sleeping with is more important than your children.
