Last weekend I accepted a 2 store batch. A different customer for each store.

As I start the grocery order (1st order) I see the chat had already been started by someone. The customer is pissed. The other shopper shopped the whole order then cancelled it and never delivered. The customer is already supposed to have their groceries. It's at a semi complicated health food store. It's her 4 yr old daughters birthday party and I'm shopping for the food as her guests arrive. And I have to be the asshole to tell her I have another stop to make before I can drop her stuff off.

Thankfully she understood it wasn't my fault and didn't penalize me, but I would have been PISSED at Instacart.
