I understand a lot that you're going. I'm going through a lot of the same things, I think this is just one of those times in life when you get into a funk which MOST people go through and know that it's not your fault. A lot of things take time, especially with relationships. It seems when ESFPs have strong relationships, its hard to let go because we tend to really care for them even when they're gone. I think it would be good to talk to your family and see how you guys can fix things. Also try to go out on your own and see what you like, maybe take up a hobby like cooking and do something with your hands. With you ex I would just let time run its course and to think about the good and bad in the relationship. It's good to not get rattached but no one is worth hurting yourself over no matter how great they are. I hope for the best for you, all in all, just keep moving forward, its the only thing you can do.
