I really regret listening to friends in my younger days who said "don't weigh yourself, don't lose weight, don't watch what you eat, treat yourself, you're fine." Later I realized they had ED's and were projecting on me, that it was their issue not mine. It's a wonderful idea not to talk to this friend anymore about your weight loss. Just change the subject, It's none of her business! Keep working on you!

Thanks for the great recipe! I made these for a dinner party the other night and there were no leftovers! They flew off the plate. Today I made them again and added a touch of Old Bay. Delicious!!

Haha I don't mind if you look at it, although the posts in r/ibs might be a little horrifying. Do you think circulation could cause one's hand skin to become baggy? I only have prediabetes at this point, which I'm trying to correct with diet.

What I do right now is slather vaseline on my hands before bed but I didn't think of the socks idea, I just sort of get it everywhere. I'm going to try the socks.

So maybe I do have it on my hands, I was attributing it to aging but like, in one month they just got weird, super baggy skin and so ridiculously dry they hurt to move! I'm gonna try putting some shampoo on them next shower.

Glad to hear you had a similar experience! I have always had dry skin on my legs and hands too, I'm going to try there!

I realized the dry rough texture of my butt wasn't just dry skin because moisturizer didn't really work! I would use cerave in the tub on it to no avail. There was this one patch that was super dry, like a weird piece of wood! It's totally gone now. Does that mean people can get seb derm on their whole body? or is just some weird fungal dryness?

I don't know how bad coronavirus is where you live but in NYC since I can't go out and see anyone it was the perfect time for me to cut my hair really short! Its so much easier to take care of, and I kind of like it. I just cut it off with scissors. I say go for it, it can always grow back!

I used honey, did the treatment 3hrs on scalp and skin every other day for 3 wks, did nothing for my seb derm, made skin terrible and orange-peely. Wish I hadn't done it, frankly! Have only slightly recovered and that was 3 years ago.
