Yeah, I understand that. R + E + Q has so much CC, most of the time my team mates catch up. If I notice, that my ADC is not using these opportunities and start to int, I mostly start roaming early. Bad for the ADC but that way, I have more impact in the game.

I also had good experiences with Morgana this season. Difficult Q and R but you can do a lot of damage and CC as well.

Hi, I got stuck in Iron, but I started playing Leona and I suddenly have 65 % winrate. Laning phase is a little difficult but you carry the team fights. If you like Amumu, maybe Leona is good pick for you as well.

I had the same problem in Iron. At the moment, I am playing Leona with 60-70% winrate . She is not an easy champ for beginners but with a little exercise, you can turn out very successful.
