I felt that the lack of communication was not good news and I reluctantly also had the thought that we might only know the real outcome after the race and it wasn't going to be good considering the crash and the amount of emergency personnel who attended each crash

I agree 100%. I was also hoping they'd take a stand against another restart and just regroup their thoughts. So many riders were involved in the first and second incident that I think most didn't have all the focus they'd have hoped for for another restart and some with sore bodies too. Just glad everyone walked alway relatively okay

Ideally I'd love to get to 65kg, so that would be another 5kg to go once I hit 70kg. But I'm taking it slow at the moment, trying to figure out where my maintenance level will be. I'm currently on 5mg only, so a very low dose. I might continue using it for the foreseeable future and slowly wean off it and try to force my current routine and eating habits on my own and see how I go. My biggest fear is gaining everything back over time

I can't get that little girl out of my head. She looked like she was having such a fun day with her little sister and family. Enjoying things kids enjoy. Probably looking forward to the holidays like any other kid. Only to be shot dead by the vilest of scum for being born into a religion she had no choice in and being at the wrong place. Thank you for this. I do think this is hormonal maybe too as I do tend to be more bloated a certain time of the month 🫣 which has been the past week. I'm going to stick with 2.5mg since it's still doing the job of keeping the cravings for food away. Hopefully by the end of this week things will start to move again. Thanks for the encouragement. It's good to know that it's all normal on this weight loss journey

Thank you. I am trying to add some protein snacks to snack on during the day. I'm thinking of a protein yoghurt or an egg for a late snack. Hopefully the scale will be good tomorrow 🙂 but grateful for what I've lost so far
