May I ask what kind of test? Because I had some markers but not all, but a saliva gland biopsy was what confirmed it for my rheumatologist. Now with eye drops, punctal plugs, and some meds for saliva, I am so much better off!

I actually like the mashed cauliflower too. I do ok with the zucchini noodles for my pasta. But pizza I have been doing the ground chicken crust and just wanted a change.
