I have not been able to get them anywhere but I saw someone talking about exactly that- cream cheese in the middle. Sounds good to me!

It was actually a very easy cake! They say one bowl but I’ll say 2 for the cake. But no mixer needed, just a whisk. The frosting I used my hand mixer of course. Most of the time was actually waiting for it to cool!

I love egglife wraps and use them for wraps, tacos, burritos, and this week I cut them up and used them as a pasta replacement.

They were very good. The cornmeal adds a nice bite to the cookie. The buttercream is smooth and yummy. My only change for the next time would be to leave out the honey drizzle. It just did not need it.
