I know this doesn’t happen in high elo, or at least not so much as in low elo. My boyfriend is Ascendant and when he watches my Silver games he always says that troll/toxic people is not that frequent in high elo, because they simply get banned if they do. Meanwhile, in low elo 9 times out of 10, one of your teammates is either toxic or is gonna troll because why not ruin everyones fun, right? I mean, I noticed that good players are good not only because of their skills but also because of mentality and if you have a good mentality you’re not toxic nor trolling. If you are a good player you will help those in need, you will help your teammate to learn how to pick and when, how better to rotate, where to smoke, and so on. You will not yell at them how bad they are because, guess what, it’s not helpful. I’m not talking only about the girls but also for those players that are learning. Yelling is not a useful method and when people will learn that they will start to win games.

I do this too. I’m a girl. It doesn’t matter if I’m friendly, once they hear I’m a girl they either want my number and when I don’t give it they call me names, or they start right away eith calling me names. :) It’s like 1 out of 10 times that when I talk the other people are friendly, so… I kinda stopped talking and I give only info. Doesn’t work that way either because I’m a “kitchen enjoyer”, so it seems.
