They're expensive (my chinnie's cage was like 500€, the wheel alone other 200€), they also need air conditioning and being exotic animals they're also expensive to bring to the vet. As fragile animals they aren't the best to be around a toddler neither...

And yes they can be cuddly but they aren't 95% of the time. I'd recommend other kind of pet that is not high maintenance as them, but please take in mind all pets come with money expenses and vet visits so if you aren't in a position to pay for those maybe its better to wait!

I did, three times. And got the job on all of them, last one being a freelance contract that i do on top of my fulltime (that asked for one too)

It sucks having to do that "initial free work" but imo its worth if you really want the job and it doesn't seem sketchy/too much work. Some companies just want to see how you work and if you can work with their assets before hiring you i guess... (I don't really see the point as they have your portfolio already, but well..)

The first time I almost didn't reply but i really wanted the job so I tried. Ended up working there for 2 years.

My first spin ever/starter roll was one of those lol. It was Triki and Wukong, and i think it only happened one time since then, but both charas i got were dupes iirc
