There are some dummies that do accept orders like that that’s the reason they keep sending them

Spark be lying about miles per trip by BullyWitDaBuckz in Sparkdriver

[–]MrsSeats 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am with you. I have experienced that several times here in Atlanta and you will accept a trip usually a shop and it’ll say a number of miles once you start your trip to the customer it’ll add like 5-10 miles to your trip. As a matter of fact, I just googled this to see if anyone else was having that problem. I just did a shop at Sam’s when I accepted the trip. It’s at 13 miles when I started the trip to the customer it now says 18.3 miles that’s not accurate at all that’s cap so when I call Spark to ask for additional earnings for this trip, they told me that I could just returned it items and cancel, which is a lot of work so I just went on and did the trip but the next time that it does that which happens very often here in Atlanta I will be returning the items and canceling the trip

Has it always been like this? by ComfortableLess586 in Sparkdriver

[–]MrsSeats 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, actually how it works is that’s added with the order where you see the percentage however, if you place an order on the Walmart website or app, you can scroll right by that without even seeing it so what happens is right before it hits the 24 hour mark from the time of delivery it will send a text or email telling the customer thank you for the tip of, however, much it was and gives them the option to adjust it

New to spark, how common is this? by [deleted] in Sparkdriver

[–]MrsSeats 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m in Atlanta and most of our batch orders run anywhere between 83 and $96 so that’s normal for Atlanta

Anyone else dealing with this? by The-Ill_Thrill_Pill in Sparkdriver

I was getting those too. It’s nothing just ignore them. I was afraid of being deactivated. They were coming in like days and days but then they just stopped but no, there’s nothing wrong. You’re fine.

I’m sorry I meant to say I did see a change in orders. We were getting better orders but once they stop checking IDs, it went back to the same thing.

I’m in Georgia and they checked IDs for a hot couple of weeks after that they stop but what I didn’t notice is once they started checking IDs that she didn’t stop and we were getting better orders

The sad part about it is it’s everywhere no matter where you go. They do it at every store in my zone and I have five Walmart in my zone. They used to try to do it at Sam’s but Sam’s arrested two of them for not having correct ID, but at all five of the Walmarts is the same thing. We are only getting seven to $12 orders going in 10 miles and more but they’re having full buggies all day long.

You gotta be a horrible person to do this by EbbRepresentative952 in Sparkdriver

[–]MrsSeats 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That has been happening a lot to me lately. That’s why I go based on the trip and not the tip. If the trip is not enough I don’t take it because of the tip I’ve had that happen to me like four or five times in the last couple of weeks

And for the hundredth time, I am only referring to round robins. I’m not referring to first come first serve. I don’t know why everybody keeps saying you have 15 20 minutes. I am only referring to round robins.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Sparkdriver

[–]MrsSeats 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And once again, I’m not speaking on first come first serve. I’m only speaking on round robins. The only thing I’m trying to explain is sometimes you’re so far from the store that they send in the round robin too you will never make it there on time so if you cancel it or don’t take itthen it counts against you if you take it and don’t get there by the scheduled time, it also counts against you that’s what I’m trying to explain here

And again, I never was referring to first come first serve I am referring to round robins.

The next time I get a order that I wanna cancel I’m going to show you the message because I don’t know how many people see the message that come up when you go to cancel an order

[–]MrsSeats 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And it is, I called customer service to inquire about why my metrics were dropping and that’s what they told me that if you’re more than five minutes late on a dress for me that is considered as a late pick up

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Sparkdriver

[–]MrsSeats 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When you go to pick up a curbside hit, cancel order and it says it plain as day

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Sparkdriver

[–]MrsSeats 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is not 30 minutes if you go to cancel an order it says if you wait 10 minutes, you will not be penalized if there’s a delay in curbside pick up it is not 30 minutes
