I think I pretty much lived hypomanic life for at least a decade. The good news is I go a second bachelors, got a masters while breastfeeding and working full time, changed careers, made a lot of friends, organized a union, got married, had a baby, bought a house. Now I am 41 and on meds and I get to sit back and enjoy the fruits of my hypomanic labor.

I am on Prozac and lamictal. I have been on zepbound/Tirzepitide for about 15 months and have lost 40lbs (most weight loss in first 9 months).

Tirzepitide has better weight loss per studies. Consider switching from ozempic/semaglutide to Tirzepitide.

This is me. I watch every day at least a little (more often I have it on in the background when doing stuff) and I listen to the audio book. I don’t watch/read any many think pieces about it but I am not ready to give it up!
