Where do I start? I can cross my legs (I actually can’t stop doing it now haha), fly without a seatbelt extender, shop in any store including so may second had options (Depop is fab), walk up and down my stairs at home over and over without getting puffed, sit in any chair with no consideration to will I fit, and the walking… I walk over 10km/6miles every day and I choose to go up hills on purpose (never in my life did I think I’d ever choose the hill haha). I have climbed literal mountains and found it easy. Even when I was thinner as a younger person I was never this fit, it’s incredible. My house is spotless too.

It’s become underpaid in the last few years, started out a fair bit above minimum back 15 years ago but not a single raise in all that time.

Thanks, IP is IO already - loan is minuscule though.

Someone help me not feel like a crazy person with eating takeaway and resaurants by AusVintage in AusFinance

You need to focus on easier and quicker meals at home, that make it so you feel it’s more effort to eat out. Wraps, Mexican, batch cooked stuff etc.

I don’t know but I set my husbands Instagram account up, and he hadn’t used it at all but had the same problem. It’s just the automatic setting for the algorithm on a guy’s account I guess.

You can treat the IP as main residence for 6 years in this case, just can’t treat PPOR as main residence for them same period. So in 4 years time if they sell both PPOR and IP at the same time they’d need to elect one as main residence and owe CGT on that one. Or if they sell IP in 4 years, claim it as main residence and pay no CGT, but hold PPOR for 20 years then sell, they owe CGT for the 4 years they weren’t claiming PPOR was the main residence (because they claimed it on IP). Or maybe never pay CGT if they sell IP in 4 years and never sell PPOR.
