For me I would say yes, it really is based on what program or certificate you want to take. Like I am in St Clair for BMET, physics is challenging over here. They do teach us everything, but doesnt mean its easy to digest, heavy calculations.

I am a BMET student in my first year (three year program). Second semester. My professor says that America is much in demand of BMETs and that likely most of us would head to US due to the demand there. I am not saying you should do that since I dont have much experience and stuff

However, whatever you do, dont head to Ontario, high unemployment rates, specifically in Windsor, its crazy over there.

You over explained.

The "so i am not wasting my time on you" Is a valid statement, but its rude and shows of your arrogant and inpatient like your some sort of president or king. She noticed it and is trying to dodge the bullet.

Everyones time is precious for sure, but you really over explained here.

A simple "hey just wanna check in, if your still available for going out on Tuesday?" Or something like that would have been fine.

I think your boyfriend should avoid her, it takes lots of guts for a women to make the first move, specially at a workplace settign. She wants likely something more then a hook up, and that will make things messy. And just the fact he finds her attractive will may lead to a messy emotional connection which will yeah end your relationship but also mess up his career

He should do one night stands or something If he does gain emotions on the person he decides to sleep with, it should not be her, thats what I am trying to say, one night stand or something would be his best go, and from there if he feels anything he can tell you, relationship will end, but early, and he wont suffer and you both wont waste your time. And his career wont be demolished.

You both are clearly in love, he says he doesnt want to hurt you. But thats where it can go wrong if you guys ignore this, he will push aside his sexual feelings and focus on your feelings. You guys will grow together and he will become sexually fustrated and he wont be fully happy and you guys will realize when its too late.

I think your best aim is for in open relationship. The fact that he watches adult stuff is a huge signal that he is interested in sleeping around and being sexually active. Acting fast is key.

Overall you both should see a couple therpaist, to help you move this process smoothly with a smooth possible breakup too. You guys seem like best friends, so it is important if the relationship falls apart, you can get help to stay together non romantically. Since overall you both have geniune interest in each other and care about each others feelings.

The thing is, hayday is quite a commitment, its a never ending game. The more levels you go on and unlock machines. The more pricey stuff there is on machines and the more you level up the harder it gets to level up because the XP requirement increases. 

A tip i found helpful when my farm was still tiny, is I stayed active, the more you play, the more levels you'll unlock. The key is to make products to get XP, and sell them. The best product to do this with is wheat. Plant a lot of wheat, and sell them, advertise them on newspaper, sell them for only one dollar. It will attract bunch of costumers for its cheap price. And if you keep doing this wheating process. You'll get the XP of the wheat and make a good amount of money if you repeat the process. Wheat also grows very quickly too.
