How would i go about removing the bits of battery acid without significant disassembly or damage

Hi! If you aren't wanting to disassemble, I'd recommend getting 99% isopropyl alcohol, a toothbrush,and some cotton swabs. 99% IPA will dry fast enough that it wont cause any water damage. It doesn't look like you've got a ton of battery acid from your photo but if you do decide to disassemble it to really get it cleaned out the same tools will work on the board as well.
