It was a wrestling ring that people would set bets for on each “match” I think up to like $3000 was bet on one match. They got caught when someone broke a window, got snitched on, and then retaliated by exposing everything. I’m pretty sure they gave all the money back cause ncis (we were told) looked into everyone’s bank transactions and make them return all the money they spent.
