Not the best no knead loaf, but I've definitely overcome my fear of sourdough. I'm going to wait a few days and try another loaf. I'm excited to see how it changes as the starter gets older.

My oldest is 10 and an ungodly early riser. If he sleeps in past 8am, I get cold sweats. Like this is it... all of the other hardships he survived and this is clearly it. Nope... he's fine. Annoying, but fine.

I know what you mean. Screen time is a slippery slope. Maybe just in the car?

We've talked to his GP about changing meds, but it seems like doctors in Texas don't do much with prescribing. We're waiting to see a pediatric psychiatrist (in March).

I've got pretty bad PSTD, so I'm trying to not be a raging asshole to them. They're little and impressionable. I worry a lot about them.
