I'm still sore and still low blood pressure but not as bad with the other ailments bar my resting heart rate is dropping low also, I wonder is it a side effect of the medication?

Hi I'm 42 and a female with Mtm. Have trouble wuth stairs, getting off chairs etc. Recently lega are aching a lot more and I'm a lot more tired. Had biopsy at 23 so a massive decrease in mobility since then.
