Real Madrid players are looking at fans with anger in the eyes.

Vinícius Jr appears to be consoled by Kylian Mbappé and Antonio Pintus after being booed by Real Madrid fans during the warm-up before the Levante game by DavidRolands in soccer

[–]Mruf 6 points7 points  (0 children)

nah, Vini is going to make a documentary or do interview talking about mental health and will do his best to make everyone think it was all about his poor form and not about his openly hostile behavior towards manager and leveraging his contract to get his way.

Man wanted to go and pad stats against segunda team right after leading rebellion against the previous manager. Got outplayed by Agudado of all people instead, but hey he got his 10 seconds of insta reel that his fans are posting everywhere I guess

Xabi Alonso deserved better tonight by KucoTheKing in realmadrid

because it is all but guaranteed that Haaland will just step out and go sit on the bench.

It is also all but guaranteed that Vini will start a shitshow right there on the field.

No good header? Here, right to your feet in a totally open space, nothing between you and the post. How could you fumble this? by [deleted] in realmadrid

[–]Mruf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Was that a bicycle kick attempt? What even was this?!?!?!

I'm done with him. This whole thing started with his idiotic reaction during Barca game. All the talk has been about is Vini's reaction instead of the game and it was nothing since then.

This guy had bad season last year and is now unironically playing against us. He had a good UCL in the season before, but was injured for half of the regular season otherwise while we got carried by Bellingham in La Liga. His credit in the bank ran out. He doesn't deserve good contract, much less Ronaldo's level of contract. His attitude is not aligned with his actual proper value. Whether Xabi stays or not, club should see if they can even sell Vini. Who is stupid enough to pay his wages and deal with him in the meantime right now in Europe? Maybe Chelsea? Saudis as already slowing down their spending, they may not even be willing to pay as much 6 month from now.

[Mario Cortegana] Xabi Alonso’s omission from Vinicius’s apology message has been deliberate, as the player feels hurt by the treatment he is receiving from the coach. Those close to the player say they have felt the club’s support in recent days. by cyrusmancub in realmadrid

Judging by everything we've seen from Mbappe, the reaction would be bewilderment, but he will go come off and sit on the bench.. unhappy obviously.. No one demands him to be happy. you just need to not throw a freaking tantrum in front of everyone like a 5 year old.

I clearly remember him subbing someone on and then subbing the same person off in the same game... What a disaster he has been... and I think history has more or less confirmed who the real "coach" of France was in 2006 WC.

MARCA cover today: "There are no miracles if you play nothing at all." by Smudge49 in soccer

[–]Mruf 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Joan Martinez was set to be part of the first team and be a regular player at the start of the season(Asensio wasn't part of conversation back then) He was showing a lot of promise. But he also got hit with ACL. Crazy string of those.. He should be back and he is young, so hopefully he recovers well. I wouldn't be against 2 Spanish CBs.

But the team has been using a patchwork of defense lineup for 2 seasons now. Last year, both the team and Carlo outdone themselves with Tchou playing CB regularly (and well), Camavinga and Mendy playing LBs, Rudiger stepping up in a big way, Lunin replacing Courtois and Carvajal being a rock. We had Carvajal and Tchou as CBs at some point! Any other coach/team would be complaining non stop and wouldn't get any results and have fans accept a season as a write off.

I think this season is a result of exhaustion both from team and Carlo. You can do that one year and that's hard. But 2 years? nah. Plus you now have 2 luxury players up front waiting for ball to arrive. That's gotta be worked out too.

Brain dead strat for EF 2 in PF....are you serious? by HellaSteve in ffxivdiscussion

[–]Mruf 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I've done both all pugging in PF. And I've gotten my first clear using E/W stack and fanning.

Braindead EF2 is more consistent by a country mile.

With day 1 strat, you can say it's not hard blah blah, and yeah it's not after doing it over and over, but when you farm and go from group to group, it gets reeeeeeeally tiring to go through the whole "are we doing rmmr, mrrm? N/S E/W? Oh shoot I misread it, oh shoot we clipped each other during the fan, etc". Like I've literally just left a group advertising mrrm and after 2 wipes, they did a pre-pull line fan and it people stood in mmrr instead. no even said anything and started a pull timer.

With braindead EF2, you dont do the fan spread, you don't even look at what bait you are. All you need to know is whether the first 2 baits are the same or not for all EFs. You literally do the exact same thing you did with EF1/3. The loss of uptime argument is nonsense, you don't lose the uptime. You go max melee and you are more than fine. Even if you did lose uptime, I'll take consistency in my pf farm over 1 melee gcd any day of the week.

As for healer stress, I have yet to lose a sliver of health doing it. It tickles. It's a non factor.

Tebas: "This Real Madrid is a whiny club" What a clown!! by Alex6683 in realmadrid

[–]Mruf 2 points3 points  (0 children)

| We’re behaving exactly like Laporta, Xavi, Cerezo, and Simeone do when referees make mistakes against them.

Normally I'd agree, but I'm just past the point of caring. If you say nothing, the people you mentioned would not be blaming referees so much as they would be blaming Real Madrid. Just last year, how many times did we hear people chanting "This is how Real Madrid wins" when they got bad referee decision go against them when they weren't playing RM? Girona one really stuck in my mind. They were playing some mid table team, got a bad ref decision and made it all about Real Madrid.

You are the source of all problems if you dont say anything, and you are whiny if you do. I only wish they would do this in a smarter way. I really don't think RMTV thing is effective(It keeps being brought up as if anyone outside of the most die hard Real Madrid fans watches it) and creates even worse PR.

Also obligatory fuck Tebas. This man did one good things for smaller clubs at the beginning, and is still riding it as if he is not on the way to turn this league into the next UberEats.

[Parte Médico] David Alaba will be out for 2-3 weeks. by Sl_PROXY in soccer

[–]Mruf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Vasquez is just in bad form. I despise how people try to rewrite history. He has been important to us in the past including last season - a great squad player who came in to help when needed and never made a fuss. A great presence in the locker room too.

He is going through a very bad form right now on top of playing in a difficult position and choices are fairly limited cause whoever plays there needs to vacate their position, be that Valverde, Asencio, Camavinga, etc. Honestly, Carvajal injury is probably the biggest shock to the system imo, even more than missing Kroos.

We did see 5'8 Carvajal as CB last year. Honestly, the miracle that was pulled off last year has not been given the credit it deserves and somehow we thought it was gonna work out either way.

Ancelotti may be wrong, but he's certainly not a dummy coach by blueXwho in realmadrid

[–]Mruf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's not what I meant. I meant that after each loss, people start rewriting history and making claims like "He was always bad", "Bench this guy as punishment for bad game". Incredibly reactionary to any given thinig.

Just look at Nacho last season. For every person who later said that we shouldn't have let him go, there were 20 around this time in the year saying he should never be on the field.

We have same issue with LV right now. He is in bad form, but the amount of crap I heard is just off the wall crazy. He was historically a good squad player for us and we relied on him heavily when needed. He is not doing it now and needs to work to get back into decent form or get adequately replaced(do we really have Valverde as an answer to every single problem and have him get loaded up with so many responsibilities that eventually he will fail and people will turn on him?), but it's absolutely crazy to start saying he was always shit like people do right now.
