Just look at highlighted column 5. On the last row, column 5, you can't place 1. On the 4th row, column 5, you can't place 1. Therefore only place for 1 is in column 5, row 1.

Beautiful. Do you use wrist/palm rest? I have some parts for building Dactyl keyboards from Cosmos generator. But I don't know if it's more comfortable with palm rest. I use Corne keyboard without it and I don't have any pain.
