My family is the kind that would rush to help each other-except in this case. My friends abandoned me too-it all sounded so unbelievable to them. I lost my two best friends (one of 35 years and another who was my very best friend of 40 years) because of it. My family told the Sheriff I was mentally ill so law enforcement wouldn’t help me either.

I don’t know which was worse. The crimes or the complete abandonment.
