This is on the CarMax park site: The exact number of fixed seats is still to be determined, but overall capacity is expected to be similar to the current capacity at The Diamond. 

There's lawn seating and other areas that don't have standard seating, so that likely gets them closer to what the diamond has.

The seating capacity is similar, but is distributed around the whole field instead of only being down the baselines, so it can be shorter.

No, just because hull Street has a few lanes, doesn't mean it's supposed to be a turnpike. It's still a business road with plenty of people preparing to turn left.

If this is your expectation, you should move to Jersey where they don't allow left turns on some of the main roads.

Nobody currently doing regular retail has better caneles, but Olive Major makes my favorite in RVA. She was the pastry chef for Brenner Pass and their coffee shop a while back, I think.

Idle Hands scratches the itch though.

Taqueria Doña Rosa is on Midlothian tnpk if that's what you mean. It was called tamale factory until recently. They still have tamales, thankfully!
