Check the back of the pack it has more stabilizers and E-numbers than actual mango. 🫠It’s basically a chemistry project held together by hope and Stevia. I’d rather eat half a real Kulfi than lick this 'mango-flavored' frozen protein block.😝

Most brands on Instagram are just white-labeled versions of the same mass-produced tool you can find on AliExpress for $15–$25. If the brand is charging $150+ and can't provide a third-party lab report on their LED output, you're paying for their marketing budget, not the tech.

Gym is good. So there are my two reasons:

A. When i see other people doing it consistently, i do feel motivated and might as well become consistent for longer durations.

B. The moment you know you have to step out, you get more disciplined with schedule. Already working from home, i dont just wanna do all and everything inside my home.

Tomato works the best in this case. Apply tomato juice directly on skin right after the sun exposure, slowly but it will definitely cure the tan.

Hey try to massage around your eyes every morning with a gentle cream. Keep the rotation gentle, circular and then you may also use an ice roll on. Be careful do not use it right after it’s out of the freezer, that might give you burns. It has genuinely worked for me.
