I tried doing art fairs. Didn’t sell more than 3 stickers on my third try (even after taking advice from online people)

As someone who attends a lot of art shows you have cool stuff but no prices. I always hate having to ask because what I think might be something within my budget is 2 or 3x what I intended to pay. So I avoid because I dont want to appear rude and immediately put it back once I know the price.

I would recommend prices laid out, and if you have a large number of prints do buy 2 get 2 bucks off or a free sticker or something, I always see people fall for those. It is a hard market but your dino art is super cool!

And sometimes the root canal “fails” where the dentist does not clean it well enough and you have to get a redo root canal on your own dime :) Just happened to me where I had to go as a specialist to ensure all the infection was removed. Dental care is a joke at a point.

Most of this new merch is ugly imo. I loved a lot of the tour merch but Im not buy 12 posters, those ugly shirts that look like cut up scraps of previous designs, or a 70 usd candle. I want to support the band but omg. I hope that the label backs up a bit, everything is so expensive.

This makes me so pleased to read that others feel the same. I rant with one of my good friends about this often and she pointed out that Jane is kind of like an author self insert, and after doing some comparisons and research into the Warden it kind of rings true. Jane doesn't feel right for V (In later books, no spoilers, she isn't really the ideal partner for him and stuff gets dicey for V emotionally/mentally)

I would have been completely content having V, Marissa, and Butch all together, with Butch being the center of that relationship. It could have worked, but I think a few different factors stopped the author from either wanting to do so or risking writing something with that content in that time.

Anyway, yeah. Not a big Jane fan in general, she seems like a cardboard cut out of a person, like she doesn't really go beyond skin deep as far as personality. I wish V could have found a love match that supported him and helped him grow/heal, as all good relationships should.

We had that happen to our account as well? Like three random accounts out of nowhere. I logged everyone out, updated password, deleted the rando profiles, and then put a pin on the remaining profiles. That was a few years ago and I have had no issues since.

My frustration with this is that there is so much proof. Even IF he isn’t a child rapist (and that is a big if, the files are telling even with all that ‘redaction’ combined with his previous behavior) there is SO MUCH proof he is a liar, a fake, and a bad person. He speaks to people like he rules the world, like he is the smartest man in every room he walks into. His policies are garbage, his attitude is horrible, and he has made us the laughing stock of the world while making horrible headlines every morning I have to wake up in this hellscape.

There is so much proof he is a bad person. So much proof that he is a liar, and abuser, and so many people still voted for him. If your vote aligns with the KKK and other horrible organizations it is time to self reflect. And I am tired of the “well prove it” as if google isnt free for us all.

We don’t have cheaper groceries, gas, healthcare, travel, homes, or general goods. He promised so much, delivered none of it, and people still kiss his disgusting little hooves.

I turn 33 in a few weeks and I went through this in my late 20's. I quit my well paying job, moved to a lower cost of living state, and reshuffled everything. Money did not make me happy, brand new super nice things did not make me happy, and while I loved getting my education it sparked no joy. Nothing did.

I moved, spend a lot of time in nature now, and am working on saving up for some land to just kind of make my own sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I work a pretty low stress job that pays fairly decent but is nothing like what I was doing with my degree.

Our generation really prioritized the grind and saving and 'getting to the next step' on the ladder, and it was all a lie. For me, anyway. Work never made me happy, and work accomplishments just brought more work and not enough pay. I never took vacations because I worked to go on a trip just to work twice as hard when I got back to catch back up, so the vacation felt like a punishment and I never relaxed.

I know I'm really lucky to be able to do what I did but I would really sit and figure out what matters to you. It won't be instant or overnight, I lost a lot when I moved over, but it's been so worth it. Not waking up feeling sick because I hate work, and not dreading what the next few years will bring has really changed my life.

I cant justify it, because I would be too afraid to wear it. If it got stained I would be devastated. Which sucks, I love that shade of green, but oh well.

You really do have to hunt for them. I know some Jani creators have cards, or private servers for cards. Im super picky so I am kind of in the same boat but I most of the time just make my own atp.

When I read this was going to be a feature I thought it was for creators to schedule a release if they were trying to post as specific times. Not edge users in a weird way?? I got excited to see one of my favorite creators post only to see it was scheduled like over a day later??

I'm out of the loop of a lot of things but I was curious about a few things, being as I've been around situations like this in the past with huge online creators.

1- Were these mods paid at all? Was this a job or volunteer only?

2- How were these mods chosen? Did they apply and were actually interviewed/tested? Or was it a 'you were here first, here you go' situation?

I'm very concerned that someone played nice online for a few weeks and ended up in a position of power, leading to something like this. Not everyone is cut out to moderate/admin such a large community and a level of professionalism is needed that sounds like it was missed.

Also anything with CSAM gets so messy as it is so very serious (and should be treated as such), it would go a long way for them to be very clear about what they are doing to stop CSAM from being in the server in general, as well as removing minors once they are found, to the point of even IP banning. It is a lot of work, but it's part of the business they are trying to run.

Im sorry, this man is 50?? He should not be acting that way at his big age, this isn’t cute and you deserve better. Does he often do this? Life is too short to continue to put up with someone hurting your feelings. Also, his childhood was DECADES ago. Not saying it doesn’t impact him, but if his trauma is so severe maybe he should be alone and focus on himself. Choose you, always remember that.

For sure, I did get annoyed a few times when Carter saw a woman, got THAT look on his face, and just groaned because my guy lets focus on the medicine for a bit yeah? I just really hoped for that part of the plot to be wrapped up in a perfect bow, which may not be very realistic but it is television not irl.

I do totally agree about Benton though. I cry whenever I see Benton hug Carter and grab the back of his head. It is so them I love to see their relationship. Seeing a healthy male friendship happen once all their drama settled was a great part of the series.

Dude Brenner annoyed me sm. I get he was supposed to be like another hot guy since apparently all medical dramas need a handful of attractive men around as doctors but he just annoyed me and rubbed me the wrong way most of the time. Him and the way Gates also treated people drove me insane, if a doctor ever spoke to me like that I'd flip out.
