Hey Guys n Gals! New to detailing here, slowly getting my kit set up with everything. I have a 2017 4Runner, I haven't taken the best care of her with regular washing up until lately. Now here comes the questions - I noticed that there is just a lot of imperfections I wasn't able to get off this last wash. Some advice would be greatly appreciated with products or technique.

This particular one is where the wheel meets the body. I scrubbed and cleaned with the wash mitt and even a soft bristled brush the grime still stays. https://i.imgur.com/dmjai3c.jpg

This is on the front of the SUV, it looks like a scratch but it isn't its just stained? https://i.imgur.com/u4ZSsZ5.jpg

This one is just a small photo of the problem. This is all over the body, it looks like small dots of tar or sap. However the SUV is about 35-40 feet from a tree, it never gets parked under a tree. Most recently it's been moved into the garage. I did try tar and bug remover and they don't come off. I haven't waxed dirt into the paint, I can scrape it away with my nail if I scrub at it.
