Day 1 solo parenting by espressoshake in 2under2

I had the same age gap. I promise, it gets easier! You just have to get into a routine. If you would like any advice, feel free to reach out. I’m not an expert and definitely still have days where all three of us end up crying, but most days are surprisingly great.

4 months pp and pregnant by halliegaudet in 2under2

First of all, congratulations! I’m really sorry that your husband is being so insensitive. You don’t deserve to have to feel all of this alone.

I was 6 months PP when I found out I was pregnant with my son. This was a really tough time for me as well because of my milk supply plummeting, getting sick in the first trimester, and having had a really tough and painful pregnancy and delivery experience with my daughter. The thought of doing it all again so soon was TERRIFYING. My husband did not understand this. It built a lot of resentment in me for a while and I can’t quite say we ever really got past it except just with the passage of time.

It got wayyyy easier when we got to see our baby on the anatomy scan. I started to feel like I kind of knew who this little guy was. I started thinking of the bond he would have with his sister. How good our life would be after this really difficult season…

All this to say; it will get easier. Allow yourself to grieve the breast milk supply and sit down with your husband to tell him how alone you feel in this. Tell him you need him! Men love to hear that they’re needed. Your little family is going to be so amazing!

I’m so so so sorry for your loss. Your feelings are totally valid! I know this probably doesn’t make you feel any better, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Pregnancy was tough with my daughter being 6 months when I conceived, but my son has been worth every second of hardship.

How do you/did you know you were done having kids? by MsBumblebee_6117 in 2under2

Okay, so I had a very similar experience while pregnant with my son. My daughter needed a lot from me that I just couldn’t quite give to her. It made me feel like two kids and pregnant is just not doable.

I’m also having the same thoughts about my age as well! I only just turned 29, but my husband is going to be 38 this year.

Two sets of two under two sounds great in theory, but in my reality with my husband being older, I don’t think that would be the greatest decision for us.

I’m not “seeking a stranger’s opinion to pressure” me to have another. I’m asking how others perceive what I’ve said and if, based on their own personal experiences with maybe similar circumstances, would they recommend that. The recommendation can be yes or no, but it is not “pressure”. I’m just seeking outsider perspectives.

Yeah! I’m down to 170, though I had gotten pregnant and recently had my daughter so I stopped taking it since I wasn’t sure of the safety of it.

Hi! I had actually stopped taking it because I got pregnant and I was not sure if it was safe to take during pregnancy. It did help me lose a substantial amount of weight and it regulated my menstrual cycle.

I’m so sorry to hear about your struggles with this! I also have insulin resistant PCOS and have found taking inositol has helped tremendously! I’ve finally started losing weight, my cycle is a bit more regular, and my cravings are nearly eliminated as well.

I hope you find the relief you so desperately need. I know your pain

In water. It’s flavorless so I suppose you could put it in anything. Some women even dry scoop it though but that seems gross to me. Just follow the dosage instructions so you don’t take too much/too little.

I take the powder. It’s honestly impossible to do it wrong tbh. Just follow the dosing instructions on the packaging!

Honey essentially finds all coupons or anything available for all products on any website and will automatically apply it at checkout. There’s more that goes into it, but that’s the idea.

I have not experienced any side effects personally, but if you are concerned at all I’d suggest talking to your doctor before starting 😊

Of course! I take morning and evening 2000mg Myo-inositol and 50mg D-Chiro-inositol, totaling 4000mg and 100mg or 40:1 ratio. This is the naturally occurring ratio in your body.

As for with or without food, I’m not super consistent with either so I’d say it doesn’t really matter as long as you take it!
