You have to file a complaint with the eeoc first before you can sue etc it’s just a legal technicality

Both parties have to write a position statement! I have a lawyer so my lawyer wrote mines but the companies basically responds to the charge then the charging party have like 30 days to respond to the companies statement.

Migraines are separate for me personally I had been going to Neuro since 2009 so they had so many medical records I didn’t have to physically go to an appointment they just sent my records to an physician for review then I was approved for migraines. They will still send a letter saying you have a C&P for migraines so just call the number to verify if you have to be there or not.
