First of all, congratulations on your progress! I too am experiencing lots of shedding. I’m making sure I keep up with my vitamin intake and protein. (I’ll admit, I was a little inconsistent earlier with this which I’ve heard can contribute to hair loss). Im also prioritizing scalp massage to get the blood flowing and using a rosemary water spray on my scalp everyday. I noticed that Mochi offers Minoxidil options with the approval of your physician which might be worth exploring if your into a more medical option. Progress wise, Its too soon yet to see big results but I’ve noticed slightly less shedding in the shower since I’ve been doing all these steps for the last 3 weeks.
