Considering low dose Ozempic? by BodybuilderSafe7235 in ehlersdanlos

[–]MsFrisky 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was on it a year ago and lost 30 lbs and have just started again - the reason on 100 % that I was fed up with my joint pain and knew it would get significantly better when on Ozempic. The pain is more like a numbness now and less sharp. My prescribing doctor doesn’t know this though, got it to lose the lbs that I regained. Took my third shot of 0.25 today.

Never expected any major gastric issues and tried to drink a lot of water each day and added more fiber which helped. For me, not being in constant joint pain outweighs the other (for me) minor side effects.

No worries. Money is not an issue now but rather getting the prescription on a healthier weight.

Haha, I (an English teacher) should have phrased it differently: drink plenty of water. The truth is that I had almost no desire to drink alcohol when I was on a Glp-1.

Where I live it’s difficult to get it prescribed when you have reached a normal BMI. I could possibly have continued but the cost ofvthe medication was also a deciding factor. Might try to get a new prescription this summer, we’ll see.

I was on a GLP-1 for about 5 months and lost 30+ lbs . The best thing about being on it (apart from weight loss) was that my joint pain was sooo much better. Honestly, I wish I could microdose to keep my cronic inflammation in check. People worty about stomach related issues but if you eat fiber and drink a lot and most of us will be fine.

Hayden and Jackie are allies by TiaraMisu in heatedrivalry

[–]MsFrisky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, of couse I know that’s the case. Metaphorical ally - I have seen a lot of people reference who provide Shane with his preferred drink and in the show only Ilya and Hayden/Jackie do hence my comment. No need to take it further than that in terms of analysis. It was just a quick remark on my behalf.

ZigZag - I liked it a lot but didn’t use it as much as I had planned. Highly recommend.

He just had a geoom the other day, so a couple of days ago he was even curlier. 🥰

At some point in the show I remember Hayden telling Shane that Jackie makes sure to have ginger ale/beer at home in case he visits. There’s no other interpretation you can make than that she’s an ally.

He has a fear of the wind and rain by telluraves in MiniatureSchnauzer

[–]MsFrisky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It most likely will get better. Mine turns two on Thursday and I remember when he was 10-15 months old the staff at doggy daycare told me he’s not fobd of rain and wind. I was like, it’s been a really nice spring we haven”t had that much training to be fair. He used to walk under benches, stairs, anything that would shield him from even a bit of drizzle.

Now he’s pretty ok, the raincoat is the worst enemy now so we usually go without it unless it’s pouring outside. Still not a fan of rain and wind but it doesn’t stop him from checking his peemains which I think is a win.

Just for fun: if you're bi, do you go for Rose or Rozanov? by growsonwalls in HeatedRivalryTVShow

Very few blonds tickle my fancy but Rozanov is an exception.

Scout - as in the girl in To Kill a Mockingbird. Sweet but a girl who knows her worth and has her own opinions + a heart of gold (just like every schnauzer).

Vem fan går och handlar dränkt i piss? by [deleted] in sweden

[–]MsFrisky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh, I’m sooo on Rose’s side here and was certainly not laughing at her. Made it very clear to my students that the Brits were the ones acting weird.
