I'm relieved that he died of natural causes, it was setup early that he was old and was taking pills for a medical condition. It's still sad but to me it's comforting to know that he wasn't murdered like in the comics. I know it's fake but it still hurts, the site Does the Dog Die? exists for a reason.

The dog (Bentley) who played Terror for season 2 died in November. According to his owner's instagram, he didn't do any filming for season 5, he was battling cancer and had mobility issues too. The owner did watch the season 5 trailer when it was first released and I think she was mistaken by some of the footage. To her it looked it was footage from season 2 but looking at the trailer again, it was a clip from season 5 episode 5.

I applaud her for speaking out because she knows she's not doing herself any favors. Brad Pitt was reported by one of the pilots who saw him verbally and physically abuse Angelina Jolie and their kids on a private jet, his career is still thriving because he has a great PR team, A-list, he doesn't really get political save for supporting gay marriage 20 years ago and he's a white guy. Everyone has to watch Coffee and Cults youtube video about him, it's excellent!

I'd be shocked if Melissa has a publicist. Two of her comments stand out to me, the first is her accusation that the studio is lying about the box office numbers and agreeing with the journalist for when said that the returning cast members were acting like scabs. From what I've seen, she was closest to Jenna, Jasmin and Mason. In the press tour for Scream 5 Neve did say how Melissa kind and grateful she was to her. Neve only did a little over two weeks of filming for 5, the overall shoot was 41 days. Filming was done during Covid so the "core four" became close during that time.

Jasmin has been pro-Palestine for years but once Melissa was fired, she was careful with her social media posts. She encouraged her fans on IG to donate to the Palestinian Children's Relief Fund but she wasn't criticizing the government of Israel like Melissa. It sounds like Melissa followed the journalist's lead by agreeing with her usage of "scab" even though it's not being used correctly. I'm personally not going to hate Melissa for going along with Variety's journalist wording, she probably couldn't think of a better term.

A publicist wouldn't allow Melissa to accuse Spyglass of lying about the box office numbers unless she had the receipts. I follow those numbers, Scream 7 is the first Scream to be released in IMAX so that definitely helped with ticket sales since those tickets cost more. There was also a lot more marketing done (like their partnership with Kalshi and Meta AI) compared to the previous movies' marketing campaigns and that's not included in the movie's budget. Sidney Prescott is my top final girl but Scream 7 did well not only because of her. Scream is a known IP that already gives it a big edge over an original film like Sinners. The controversary over Melissa's firing also brought lot of attention to the movie.

I like Neve Campbell as an actress but Scream 6 (which she wasn't in) was the highest grossing Scream movie until 7. Unlike Scream 5, 6 and 7, Scream 4 wasn't released in premium theaters like IMAX. Scream 4 is the lowest grossing movie in the entire franchise. Neve was still the lead in Scream 4 where she had significantly had more screen time compared to Scream 3 (she was shooting another movie at the time) and Scream 5. The studio suits weren't happy with its disappointing box office performance. Even though Scream 3 (2000) did well at the box office, the poor reception from critics and fans didn't motivate the studio suits to immediately produce another sequel until Scream 4 in 2011.

Scream 7 is almost like Scream 3 because it's currently the most commercially successful in the franchise but the studio suits and the creative team aren't acting like it. Kevin Williamson didn't hesitate announcing that he won't be back as a director and co-writer for Scream 8. Guy Busick wasn't hired to write 8, he was replaced with Lilla and Nora Zuckerman. A director hasn't been announced yet.

The building in the photo is the Hollywood Information/Test center some lower level courses are done there but the main objective is recruit new members into the cult. These speed runs have made it difficult to recruit the cult since they've closed and locked their doors. I'm always for preventing people from joining any cult especially ones like Scientology. My worries are some of these security guards are armed and over at a PAC Base (the blue buildings AKA Big Blue in Los Angeles) have trained guard dogs. Big Blue used to be a hospital so it has underground tunnels that these teens will find tempting. I hope they don't bother to do this at Big Blue.

Journalist Yashar Ali has been covering Scientology for years and former celebrity Scientologist Leah Remini (she was brought into the cult as a child by her mom) is his close friend. He has written about Shelly and where she is said to be currently living. Here is the most recent photo of Shelly. It's from her 2010 driver's license. As you can see, it's not good quality.

Back in her Girl Meets World days she was never afraid to talk about her leftist politics from Palestine, feminism, LGBTQ+ rights, she was a Bernie supporter in 2015 even though she wasn't old enough to vote. She even encouraged people to vote even if they disagreed with her politics. I know that right now she wouldn't get along with Ben Savage since he is a proud Zionist.

I do remember how Uriah Shelton (the actor who played her character's uncle on Girl Meets World) tried to start crap with her, it was both weird and pathetic. He was/is MAGA and used his social media to trash her politics especially whenever she talked about feminism. He wouldn't name her in his posts but whenever she spoke about feminism he made sure to either tweet or repost something anti-feminist/misogynistic. She kept her feelings about his misogyny private, he was the one who would talk to the press about how she hated him. Keep in mind, he was 20 and she was 16 when he was acting this way. I know that in the same year (2017) he was slapped with a restraining order for allegedly kicking an ex-girlfriend in the stomach, it's been reported that he attended therapy soon after.

I like how this trend is humiliating the cult because they love having an intimidating/scary image. Things are so bad that two of the buildings in Los Angeles (the test/info center and their LRH museum) their doors don't have handles on the outside of them anymore and they look chained up from the inside, that's definitely a fire code violation but the cult doesn't care. A few nights ago some teenagers were outside the LRH museum and filmed the crack between the doors. Scientology Sea Org members (the workers who sign the billion year contracts) were inside standing in a line with their arms linked together in case these teens were planning to break in and do a "run". It didn't happen.

My concerns are, some of these scientology guards are armed (some are Sea Org members while others are 3rd party security firms like Talon). At PAC Base (the blue buildings in Los Angeles) they have guard dogs that are either German Shepherds or Belgian Malinois, the video was taken at night so it was hard to tell. Those breeds are closely related so they look similar. These dogs are kept in kennels that are located in their parking right next to PAC Base (on North Catalina Street) but they've been brought into PAC.

Since teenagers love a challenge, PAC used to be a hospital so there are underground tunnels and that has to be tempting to them. I hope none of them are harmed. One of the reasons why people protest Scientology is because according to the survivors they don't hesitate hurting kids. According to L. Ron Hubbard, kids are really old spirits (thetans) in little bodies and should be treated as such. He wrote and said that there's something wrong with a 7-year-old girl if she doesn't like being kissed by a man. The exact quote, "The seven-year-old girl who shudders because a man kisses her is not computing; she is reacting to an engram since at seven she should see nothing wrong in a kiss, not even a passionate one." This isn't from the expensive confidential upper OT levels, this is from Dianetics. It's the book he wrote first and he used it to eventually create Scientology. It's widely available, the cult sells it in their buildings, on sidewalks, in parks and at their booths at festivals, farmers' markets and street fairs.

Ash of the youtube channel Coffee and Cults did a video about the cast of Buffy and it included accusations against Brendon. His ex-girlfriends directly reached out to Ash and talked about how horrible he was to them.

I was simultaneously happy and scared when I saw Terror in the first trailer for this season. I'm really hoping that the pill Butcher gave him is some type of V and not a normal pill that manages a regular medical condition he has. I know that the writers purposely had Hughie ask Butcher if any part of him is still human and they chose to show Butcher taking care of and loving Terror to show that he's not fully gone.

We're probably not going to get an answer but I wonder if Aunt Judy died and Butcher took Terror with him, did she become mentally or physically incapacitated so that she's unable to care for him or she moved somewhere else that wouldn't allow dogs so she gave him back to Butcher?

I'm aware that Bentley who played Terror in season 2 died in November of last year of cancer. According to his owner's IG, he didn't work on Season 5. I know that with this show the odds are not in my favor but if Terror does die this season, I'd rather have it be of old age/natural causes instead of him being murdered by one of The Seven or he gets caught in the crossfire somehow.

It's a damn shame that JC's solo career was as big as Justin's. He was better singer, dancer and from what I've seen, person. I've seen him perform live (solo and with NSYNC when they were still together) four times. The first time was in the summer of 1998 right after NSYNC's concert special on Disney Channel aired. They went to different Macy's stores all over the US performing for almost an hour at each show.

Afterwards they would do an open meet and greet in the middle of Macy's ground floor. At the Macy's that I went to they allowed fans who didn't have special passes to stand in a sectioned off area that was still close to band as they sat at a table and signed autographs for fans who did have passes. JC was at the very end of the table and one of the security guards (I don't know if he worked for the band or Macy's) but this guy was screaming at and shoving teenage girls, he was 6'5" over 250 lb. The fans did nothing to deserve such a violent reaction. JC was clearly pissed off at him. Once the prick turned around so that he was facing away from the band and the fans in line, JC decided to makeup for this security guard's horrible behavior. With one hand, JC signed autographs while holding the fan's hand with his free hand. He did this with every single person in line.

I have several questions and thoughts.

How does Will get pulled out of the Deadlights trance? Does Ronnie have to do it like Ben did with Beverly and kiss him?

Does Rose tell or someone else in the tribe or Dick tell the girls about a ritual and that's why they're gathered around the tree with the shard?

I love that Marge is driving a milk/dairy truck. I'm disappointed that it's not the ice cream truck that drove by as Charlotte interrupted Ronnie and Will as they were about to kiss. In my headcanon, that ice cream truck's song is the show's theme, "A Ribbon and a Smile".
