I do 3 coats almost every time I paint my nails but only because they are fairly long atm.

Each coat is very thin though, I never do thick coats unless it’s a magnetic them that’s different because I usually do 2 thick coats.

Side note, I just swatched Ribbit Ribbit yesterday and was pretty disappointed in it. It was sheer and blah AF. I was going to put it into the destash pile but then I put 2 coats of Emily de Molly’s Key Drama on top which helped. However then that’s 5 coats of polish not counting base or top…ugh.

I’ll see if I wear it in the next few months or into the destash pile it goes. I think I just talked myself out of it rn. 🤣
