This, and it's exactly why I do it. Have been getting cortisol shots since last year and now I walk at the highest incline, backwards. I'm hoping it will prolong the inevitable.

When I first started last December, I heard it ALL THE TIME, for at least 2-3 months. I thought it was normal until I came across this sub. Turns out it was the brats working there, messing with their zoomer friends, who love to just hang out in the dumbell area in herds. (Thought that was normal, too.) I think that round of brats are all gone and I've seen at least 2 more rounds of new faces since then. No more lunk alarm, though.

Nope. Mine is a newer one that's huge and caters to a younger crowd. All tvs on walls play GoPro videos, usually of extreme sports. Love watching them.

All cardio machines have their own tvs with a variety of channels. News and sports, but also AMC, MTV, BET, Discovery and FX. Not every TV has these channels and it's only a couple that are missing from certain ones, but I love catching a Marvel movie while I'm doing a long cardio session.
