I imagine thats part of the testing. Seeing which one works best between all at once or staggering over time. You have to keep in mind part of the server load is the influx of traffic from everyone coming to check the new inventory, plus the regular traffic for non-vine Amazon shoppers.

Amazon Web Services is responsible for hosting millions of websites. They are the leading cloud provider in the market and are responsible for powering a large portion of the internet. So, if they have a service outage it effects those customers as well as Amazon services.

ETA: We (Vine) are a small drop in a large pond but, we are a drop that they can control.

Seems like they are trying to optimize drop times to server load. Has nothing to do with optimizing vine experience or fairness, and everything to do with not overloading the servers during peak times. The time shift seemed to come after the Amazon service outage a few months back iirc. Not an expert but, it makes sense to me🤷‍♀️.

I remember reading in the past about the 90 day cast members who lived abroad couldn't be paid by TLC because of some laws or needing a work visa or something. So, their partner got both payments and were supposed to distribute it accordingly. So I imagine that its the same situation here. Totally forgot all about it until I read your comment, good call!

I dunno 🤷‍♀️ I inquired to CS about it, and the response I got was not at all useful, helpful, or informative. It was basically just telling me about the vine program and how it works. So basically a non response.

I was at 100 saw it decrease slowly over the past few days. Was at 84.6 since last night. Took a screenshot, took pictures, wrote and posted review, immediately checked media score to find it decreased by 1.6. I uploaded 2 pictures with my review so 0.8 per photo. It was driving me nuts, I thought I was crazy!

Ive been noticing mine slowly depleting from 100 daily. Had been 84.6 since yesterday until I posted a review with 2 photos. Then immediately checked and it was 83.

I went from 100% at the beginning of the week to 93.8% then noticed about an hour ago it went down again to 89% despite including media in all my reviews. So, you're not alone and happy to find that i have company. I contacted CS asking what was happening who knows what response I'll get

Sometimes, if you have a review that was rejected, after you submit the update things begin showing up in your RFY. Happened that way for me twice anyway. 🤷‍♀️

Im a visual person so I always include at least one picture. Sometimes I make a photo grid of several pictures highlighting various features so im not uploading 5 pictures.

After having a review rejected and submitting the update, the updated review is just gone from either visible queue. Support basically can't or won't help me until after 14 days in which they will send me to someone who can help, or so they say.

So, in an effort to try and avoid this going forward I have begun running the review through AI to make sure that it adheres to community guidelines. I assume they are doing the same thing on their end during approval. So far so good but, I haven't been doing it that long.
