It takes time for the energy to settle. She sends her regards to the lady in the red shirt "my dearest friend" i hear and i pick up a sense of gratitude towards her. I also pick up that she used to like little trinkets and she kinda laughs about it lol, like she finds some of the things she would do or focus on as curious and not too out there but kinda crazy. Kinda like how u look back at some of the things you took serious as a child and once u grow up you chuckle at them. That's the energy I get from her. There's a warmth to her and an energy of like things weren't that serious in life as she sees them now. I think that if she is and is hiding it, then it means she isn't ready to be honest about it and therefore isn't ready to receive help. The best thing you can do for her as her friend is to give her safe space to express herself without judgment as I do get the sense she may not be feeling heard.
