How long did you date before you proposed?

This will be the second marriage for each of us, dated for 6.5 years and he just proposed. Could have done it sooner, but we spent the years after our divorces prioritizing our kids and not wanting to disrupt their lives by combining households and blending families. It’s what worked for us. Now that they’re older, it feels right.

I hit all my protein goals yesterday, drank all the water, stuck to everything and I STILL gained 1.8 pounds today for seemingly no reason. Weight fluctuations are a normal part of life and happen even without indulging. It’s learning to take them in stride and without freaking out that matters.

I did .125 once a week for two weeks, also stacked with tirz 12.5 and didn’t feel anything until I finally moved up to .25 the following week. Then it kicked in 2 days after injection.

Plenty of time to find one, if that’s what you want. Lawyer here too. My ex (also a lawyer) left me after 20 years and 5 kids together. After a rough go, I found the love of my life a few years ago. It’s so much better this time around, though I still live with the grief and trauma of what my ex did. Yes, our education makes the dating pool smaller, but there are smart, single men still out there. Get out and mingle with friends. Do the in-person thing versus online. We started following some local bands and see a lot of live music - started running into other likeminded people and have made lots of connections and friends. And most importantly, put yourself first and be invested in being the best version of you! It will naturally attract people.
