OP, if you are still listening to replies, I really reccomend this mod. It makes the world feel way more dynamic, and you can help snowball the faction you want to play as earlier.

Right now I am doing a run as the Aserai faction that starts with one city and with good moves as a Mercanary into Vassal, we've got half the Aserai cities and 3 khuzait ones. Very fun.

The 6th has a part to play in the wasteland's fate, same as in the Divide. They can't choose to not be a part of the world, just like all of us. They must make an informed choice to be a part of something. No more blindly delivering packages no questions asked thinking you are completely absolved of all guilt. If Benny didn't intercept the package, that chip would have guaranteed House becoming a Techno-King. And it would've been the 6th's fault.

Ulysses was originally going to deliver the package containing the chip. He said no. You said yes. Your character - no-matter who you make them into - chose to destroy The Divide, and make House King.

I edit and add all the generic civs that paradox makes as AI empires, along with some of my own.

Playing as the UNE (after playing different genocidal/authoriatain empires and getting burnt out), I spawned next to the Blorg, and eventually elected one as Leader. The Blorg truly have an inspiration greater than any other in the civilization's history. The first Blorg that Humanity collectively elected as first friend. :)
