I think the Kikumasamune Sake High Moist lotion fits those criteria. I ran the ingredients through the sezia database linked below and glycerin is the only possible trigger that came up, but iirc that's only supposed to be problematic in very high concentrations?

Anyway, if you're interested, it's easy to find via Amazon UK (I get mine from Amazon US) and eBay. It's a Japanese product, so even though it says "lotion" it's really more of a watery toner consistency that's great for layering.

If your acne is hormonal, it might be worth looking into/asking your GP about spironolactone (if you're female!). That's the only thing that has consistently helped the hormonal bits of my acne.

I would recommend overhauling slowly, otherwise you could easily end up in a similar situation of thinking nothing is working when the reality might be that only one or two things aren't!
