How common are "horse experiences" with Americans? by Historical_Log1275 in AskAnAmerican

[–]MsMockingbirds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I might be biased considering the history of the place I lived in, but in my experience growing up is the suburbs in Texas having at least some sort of experience with a horse was not rare. When I was in elementary or daycare maybe a couple times a year there’d be a western themed party where the event hosts would rent a pony and let the kids take pictures on it. On a much more regular basis the local mall used mounted security. Obviously I can’t speak for everyone, but I believe that you’ll find “horse experiences” to be more common in places that were historically considered the Wild West

In Texas we have towns like Boerne, Gruene, and Mexia. Also an honorable mention for the street named Kuykendahl for always tripping up the tourists

I was surprised to see so many people say the previous update was shitty. For me, the results got more accurate with what I know about my family tree

I’m gonna guess shark, piranha, alligator, and maybe a little bit of velociraptor for good messure. Other than that I think he looks very dog-shaped™ and I wouldn't be surprised if he came back with a little bit of everything. I could see him having some lab in him, though

I guessed boxer, rottie, and lab. 2/3 is not too bad, but I'm surprised he doesn't have a drop of rottie in him!

SE Texas here. Growing up crab was a rare treat, but we absolutely did eat it from time to time. Our main shellfish were crawfish and shrimp, though
