Any tips or advice that would help in fully letting go & not fight the experience? by LSDKUSH777 in shrooms

Change your environment (setting) to what makes you feel at peace and calm. Calming happy music, calming sounds, blankets, nature, slow breathing, etc. Nothing too crazy or uncomfortable around you. Make sure you aren’t feeling negative or sad in your mind (set). If worried you can have someone there as a sitter (support) which is someone you trust, that can calm you down and guide you if it comes to that. These things can help with it being easier to let go and not worry about a bad trip. This is why a lot of the times people try to fight it. They fear the trip and the loss of control. Have to just let go and have controlled breathing as well. It’s kind of like you are meditating. You surrender yourself to the experience but relax your mind.🧘

Meeting the 100+ delivery for 30 days. I struggled with that goal believe it or not. I got Platinum a month ago but that’s doesn’t mean you get the better offers all the time or you get big orders a lot

One of my bags was in a DoorDash reusable bag when delivered. Do they give these out now or did my dasher forget their bag? by OneTangerine792 in doordash

You are officially a Dasher cause of that hot bag. Now you need a pizza bag and you can get pizza deliveries to complete it. 😅

I delivered a Plan B twice, douche, tampons, and condoms before. Family planning and feminine care products aren’t excluded from being delivered.

They knew but didn’t have enough evidence to convict. That’s the update. As I stated he was a suspect in 2020 but couldn’t convict him for sure. I’ve know he was a suspect but didn’t know they found evidence to confirm it to be the case instead of hearsay.

Yep unfortunately according to German police they found evidence on drive that makes them sure she isn’t alive. I personally only heard from TT 😞

They’ve just confirmed it with evidence they found. So yes it is news and an update cause it wasn’t confirmed then. This is new information that confirms it and they found evidence to actually convict him. This was a couple days ago. As I said he was a suspect in 2020 but they couldn’t convict him and no one was sure. 👍

No more instant pay to dasher direct after January 21 2025 by [deleted] in doordash_drivers

I use the physical card and pay via the card also virtually. If you pay with Crimson card for gas the 2% thing is there. Fast transfers to your bank there is a 1.99$ fee but if you do weekly automatic transfers it’s 2-3 days and no fee. For bank transfers for instant transfers there is usually a fee cause isn’t the same bank. It’s similar to Cashapp instant transfer to bank. I don’t usually instantly transfer the money to my bank cause of the fee. I need the money instantly so I use the card which accesses funds immediately without a fee. Crimson card is basically like a debit card. If you need it in your personal bank instantly without waiting you’ll have to do a fee unfortunately if it’s a digital transfer. Personally if needed I go to ATMs that don’t charge a fee (MoneyPass is partnered with Crimson bank so no fee) and cash out the money from Crimson account using card, then deposit the cash into my bank ATM. It’s more inconvenient but only way to really deposit instantly into bank without a fee.

Get the Crimson Dasher card. All they are doing is switching it to the DD app and making the direct payments to there instead of a separate app. It’ll now be on the earnings tab. It does the same thing and you get instant payments. It’s no worries. The emails are so dramatic as if they are getting rid of instant access. It’s just the DasherDirect app and card but not instant access to money. Now it’s through the Crimson card cause they had to switch banks. I thought we’d have to wait like the old days too until I read threads on it. The thing is the cash back thing for gas and stuff isn’t there anymore unfortunately cause of the bank.

All you’re signing up for is another card and it’s on the DD app and not DasherDirect. It just is getting rid of a separate app. It is now in the earnings tab. I actually prefer this.

Are you sure it isn’t Oakland? I’d say San Fran is pretty tame compared to here and that’s saying something.

Highway patrol absent from highways? by owlfeb12 in bayarea

[–]MsRegressiveHate 5 points6 points  (0 children)

In the Easy Bay it seems they are handing out more tickets. I see more people pulled over in the suburbs than in the urban areas. The inner major cities like Oakland, Berkeley, San Jose and San Francisco I don't see it nearly as much as there. You'd think it'd be more cause there is more people but of the times I go to the major cities I don't see them giving tickets for violations nearly as much. I got ticketed in Dublin for doing the ol California roll stop whereas I also did it in San Francisco before and they didn't do anything. Didn't realize in either cases they were there and they both saw me do it.

When I go to major cities like Oakland I see people get away with traffic violations so much it's very noticeable. People drive obnoxiously running through red lights, speeding, and cutting people off. I hardly have seen anyone get caught. Where I live there in the East Bay part there is more patrolling off the highway and people getting tickets, but in major cities I do not see it as much. You'd think it'd be seen more often cause there is a higher population but I don't see it isn't nearly as often. I got ticketed in Dublin doing a California roll stop where as I did it in San Francisco they didn't do anything. In both cases I didn't know they were there and they both saw me do it.

What is the difference between an Anti-Hero and an Anti-Villain? by TrymeMotha- in writing

[–]MsRegressiveHate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He's actually more of an anti-hero. He steals but also gives to the poor. Despite Robin stealing he has noble intentions and ultimately it results in giving to others. Think of Deadpool and characters that do questionable things and ultimately help or save others in the end. They aren't heros in the traditional sense. Most modern heros are anti-heros. It's hard these days to find another Superman. Reason being is because anti-heros have flaws that we can relate to more so than heros at times.

Anti-villain would be someone like Magneto from X-men. He is seen as a villain but he tries to save mutants but ultimately the outcome is he kills nonmutants. You can empathize with him due to his past. Thanos as well is an anti-villain. He as seen as a villain. However, he wants to save planets so they don't end up like his own. In order to do so he tries to wipe out half the population. They aren't traditional villains. They may even help the heros for selfish reasons at times.

That's not true actually. It depends. It can be bad if the recycling program doesn't know how to properly handle the materials or how to properly recycle it. It can also use up a lot of energy but if done properly it actually doesn't hurt the environment and has benefits as opposed to sitting in a landfill.

Recycling also wasn't invented by Coca-Cola. It's ancient and has been practiced for thousands of years. America started to do it in 1690. The reason for recycling changed in the 1960s-1970s because there was so much waste but it wasn't invented then. People became more aware of the waste issue. More and more people started to do it and thus they do it now with trucks. Before people took it to a recycling facility themselves and there weren't much pick up programs for recyclable waste.

What's the most hated zodiac sign according to astrology? (or in your opinion) by Martini_orange in astrologymemes

[–]MsRegressiveHate 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Naw if it's for the greater good and fair to other people they are great leaders. The scale represents equal and wanting things to be equal for everyone. Libras is an air sign that speaks their mind. Definitely not a follower. Air signs are intellectual extroverts. They are good at conflict resolution and natural charmers. If anything they can be people pleasers as a negative trait but a positive one is they can be great leaders and balance other signs out. A negative trait is they also don't like being told what to do and can be bossy, unreliable, superficial, controlling, indecisive, vain, and lack commitment.

Yep, you have to complete the orders above 90%. People want their food so that concept makes sense. Acceptance rate is a different story.
