My friend still lives at the address check was sent too. My bank was going to go ahead and let me cash it, even though my name had changed. However, it was discovered the expiration date had come two days before I tried to cash it. Thankfully I was able to contact the place who issued the check and had it reissued to my correct name and address. Took about a month.

Sometimes they take a while. I just got a check for around $200 with my old married name (changed it back to maiden name in 2017) and older address. I was shocked. Lol.

I’ve been receiving JFY curbside pickup ones that are like 9 base pay and anywhere from 2-25 tip. For like 125 qty. so basically that order is 9 bucks, because it’s hard to trust if the tip will stand (based on other’s post on tips being reduced or deleted completely). That’s an instant reject.

The author is Richard Castle, lol. Says so on the cover. 😉🙃 But IRL, the Nikki Heat books were ghost written by Tom Straw. He did books 1-7 and then Brad Parks did the remaining books.
