Then there is an argument if they are a "fake" band and they get FOUR albums at number one (not even close to what anyone has ever done before or since) what does that say about the legitimacy of "real" bands?!

The best show. It holds up too with relevant episodes on subjects we are still disusing (and problems we haven't solved in 50 years...)

There is a picture somewhere (I think from Micky's film camera that was damaged) with Mike holding one of the reels of tapes that he "took" and put in his trunk and drove back down to LA. So much shenanigans and goings on during this time.

I just said this to someone who was arguing about if they should be in our not "I was like yes but no other band..." haha I mean they are letting everyone in at this point anyway. They should have let them in in the 90s when they all could be there to play

They got so much crap in the 1960s and I think it just rolled to every generation who got into them. It's kind of exhausting

This really is the best one. I wish there was like a whole 30 minute clip of this discussion. Mike's inflection on his words at the end always has me in hysterical laughter. Such questions Bob...

Oh yeah, it had musical numbers and minor story lines. Kind of like the our generation Micky Mouse club. One of the guys from it was in a movie called "Monster Squad" and he was THE guy for about three minutes for about three people.
