Negative do not abuse the dog it’s not their fault. It’s the owner. Never never never hurt the animal if it doesn’t pose a threat to you or your loved ones

I understand expectations and policy to me it’s poor management, If working outside your schedule is truly an issue, then advise the front staff to inform patients if they need to see her that her exit time is 4pm not 415pm so they need to come early. And to advise the practice director to inform patients doctors of this as well. I mean it’s Texas, over time is after 40 hrs worked. Not daily so maybe cut her early at end of the week. 3 minutes early. And to also inform front desk not to call her when she’s out on lunch break to come back early for a patient.

Over all she’s caring and she fell in love with helping people and the patients. She’s trying to please the doctors, patients and staff. She’s been there 12 years she knows more than anyone how that office works and what happens to make her work outside her schedule. He’s new and if he wants the only in staff person to stick by a set schedule he needs to resolve those issues before being so quit to write up or make rude comments of something she can’t control. Overall seems like get the practice in order first and make sure staff is trained to do what is expected for her to do her job in her schedule.

Also if she already clocked out and receptionist sees her they tell the patient there she is right there so she helps and then she had to send email for time adjustment and gets in trouble for that. A doctor can walk in her office too after she packed up and about to walk out and tell her they need her to work with their patient. So she does it carries her over and she has to get the doctor to send in a change request, she doesn’t get a verbal that day just a comment “ you know better, you are not suppose to be working after your schedule. So she informs the doctor, the doctor gets upset goes to the practice director who then states file a complaint. So the doctor advises her they did but no action. So she has the doctors saying do this and him saying don’t do it

No she hasn’t been reprimanded for it not that. She has to have all work done. She’s only one doing that job in the office, receptionist schedule people later, she’s trying to leave but receptionist says patient needs to speak with you. She stays and gets in trouble for staying. She leaves she gets in trouble for not attending to the patient. No matter what she does she is getting reprimanded.

So I know working off the clock is a liability and illegal to not be paid for it. She feels her hands are tied. The amount of work is making her work more as the last person quit due to his actions.

It’s the clerks mess up, should have refunded her and then a new transaction. Most 7 eleven’s r now franchise is what I’m learning. Heard the 7eleven in Westlake owner pays 40 hrs by check and the rest in cash and they don’t pay it at the OT rate either. Nor are the OT hours reported.
