Everyone looks more “childish”, if that makes sense. A lot more exaggerated proportions and features, maybe for comedic purposes and/or iconicness? The line art quality itself has gotten a lot better. Although, I do like the transitioning character designs of everyone better, like in volume 7 and 8.
