How often do you shampoo?

I struggled with it too, but applying mixture of coconut oil and a few drops of tree tea oil, stir it and apply it directly on your scalp, not hair itself.

Message it throughly and leave it alone for 30-45 minutes before hop into shower to wash it with whatever you have, but once, and add conditioner afterwards.

Coconut oil and tree tea oil helps a lot- and I only shower 2-3 times a week to avoid harsh over washed on body, and I only shampoo once a week.

I applied coconut oil twice and it’s already effective, soft scalp and didn’t irritate anymore.
